The entire staff of the White Hart Inn welcomes you! We strive to give every guest superior service, personal attention, and a warm smile. Staying at the White Hart always feels like coming home.  
 
Kendra Tobin/Hotel and Restaurant Manager Kendra Tobin
Kendra grew up in the nearby Hudson Valley. She came to The White Hart in 2000, having spent her entire career in the restaurant business. Kendra is well known to our patrons, both local "regulars" and occasional visitors, and is also a mother and an avid golfer.





David Luscher
Executive Chef
Chef David graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1999. He has worked in every aspect of the restaurant business since he was 16 years old. His passion has always been to shop at the local farmers markets for the freshest ingredients. Now, with the White Hart's own farm right down the road, Dave is in heaven. After spending time in Japan, he enjoys creating a traditional New England menu with an Asian twist. 

Michael Oulton

Michael Oulton/Executive Chef
Michael Oulton is a former New York City resident who brings over 30 years of culinary experience to the White Hart. His mission as a chef has been to restate classic French and Italian cooking in ways that both make sense and taste great to the modern American palate. He loves to travel and has passed through or lived in 35 states and 16 foreign countries. He now makes his home in nearby Copake, NY.
